This website is intentionally built without cookies, tracking pixels, analytics or third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. Below we explain the few processing operations that still take place.

2. Hosting & website operation
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit this website, Netlify automatically processes technically necessary data — for example IP address, device and browser information, time of access and the page requested — in order to deliver, secure and reliably operate the website. This log data is deleted automatically after a short period.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation. Netlify processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses and Netlify’s participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contacting us — inquiry form, email or phone
If you use the inquiry form on this website, the data you enter — first name, email address, wedding date, location and your message — is transmitted directly to our CRM system kreativ.management (see Section 4) and processed there for the sole purpose of handling your inquiry. The form sets no cookies; a hidden technical field is used to filter automated spam submissions.
If you contact us by email or phone instead, we process the information you provide for the same purpose.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual communication. Storage period: we store inquiries for as long as necessary to process them and delete them afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
4. CRM & email tracking — kreativ.management / Hochzeit.Management GmbH
We use a CRM system to manage inquiries, communication, offers and customer relationships. Personal data — for example name, email address, communication content and project data — may be processed in the CRM.

Email tracking may be used within the CRM — for example open and click tracking via tracking pixels and tracking links — to make communication traceable. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (communication in connection with your inquiry), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient, traceable communication) and, where required, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Objection: you may object to email tracking at any time, for example by sending an email to hello@kurt-photography.de.
5. Cookies, analytics & marketing
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or marketing technologies. For that reason, no cookie consent banner is required.
Should we introduce such technologies in the future — for example web analytics or advertising pixels — they will only be used after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG), and this privacy policy will be updated beforehand.
6. Recipients of data
We only share personal data where this is necessary: with our hosting provider for website operation, and with Hochzeit.Management GmbH / kreativ.management for CRM-based inquiry management.
7. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as required for the respective purpose. Afterwards, we delete it unless statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
9. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if the legal situation, the website or the services used change.
